BGET Fuel is now closed and will re-open on 1st April 2026. You can still log into your account to check the status of vouchers issued, but you will not be able to submit new voucher requests.
BGET Fuel Criteria
• Fuel voucher recipients can receive a maximum of 3 x £49 fuel vouchers in any
Warm Home Discount Scheme year (current scheme year runs from April 2025 to
March 2026).
• Vouchers can only be issued to households with a pre-payment meter.
• Fuel voucher recipients must be in fuel poverty and facing an energy emergency.
• Fuel voucher recipients must live in England, Wales or Scotland.
Fuel Vouchers requested will be issued the following working day (our working days are Monday to Friday).
Please advise customers of the expected timescales. It can take up to 24 hours for a voucher to be issued.
Information on the status of a voucher can be found on the portal in the ‘admin’ function. Please allow 24 hours from the voucher being issued for the information to be updated.
